“Good-o!” said Trundle, the mole dodging patches of ice as he walked over the cobblestones. “’Sposing we should camp there before moving on then, eh?”
“Not a bad idea,” replied the marten. “I say, Tulla, do you know of any place a beast could sleep there?”
“Do you have any stone?” she asked wearily.
“Er. No. warders don’t carry stone.”
“Then I wouldn’t press your luck.” said the otter.
"Hmmm," thought Lukias. "Well, I suppose we could find someplace on the streets then. Some hay or an overturned cart or something."
“You might. Since neither of you have anything of value, the Thievers Guild might leave you alone.
“Sorry,” piped up Trundle. “The what?”
“Don’t worry. I’ll protect you.” Tulla gave the mole a wicked grin. This, however, did not make the mole worry any less.
