The clown villain "Loco" has a fun plan to share with the city, but a very serious superhero calling himself the "Endurable Bearable" wants to stop his enjoyment. So the clown decided to handle the hero first by showing him how harmless his goal is, only to make everyone happy by any means necessary, though Bearable isn't blind how sick the clown's game is. However, Loco prepared for this outcome and placed him in a bouncy-colorful funhouse for him to loosen up and have his own fun after talking a lot of responsibility as a superhero. Bearable isn't happy that he tries to stop the clown, yet he very much underestimated what the villain can do and quickly remove his mask to smell that the room is filled with laughing gas. Bearable now unmasked as Albert, falls down to the soft floor laughing like a silly bear. Loco was very happy to see the grumpy hero being reduced to a giggling mess that he then changed the bear's boots with small colorful feathers tickling his feet. The poor hero keeps on laughing that his ribs starting to hurt, yet he can't do anything but be Loco's toy for a while, and looks like the clown wanted to have some foot involved. Also, Loco will make the hero join in on the fun by hypnotizing him with pink and yellow swirls, as he continues laughing, his mind is going blank and will be soon filled with happy, silly, goofy, and fun thoughts that he'll changed his mind of Loco's plan of making the city take part on his circus.
