Define steal?

No I'm actually asking I'm trying to get the opinion of artists. Say I like your art ALOT and I want to collect it and not do anything with it but store it on a hard drive or make it a desktop background do you consider that theft? I am just trying to get the opinions of artists.

Hmmmm... I'm fine with people saving it, or uploading it on other websites with the need for _____. ((As in what ever a drawing fills out)) as long as they do not claim it's theirs unless the character was infact THEIRS.... For this one.. apparently mine and BelleCandie's. xD
