Summer was halfway through its season, where the impressive heat of 49°C in the shade was calmed with a good soaking with companions, practicing skills and abilities always useful as a reminder and review, without losing the fun involved.
That day, two new pieces of equipment were tested: for his part, José experienced the new sensation of using the latest model of his favorite brand of full-face diving masks, the Ocean Reef Neptune III, which was sent to him directly by a friend from Germany. Incredible sensations, being comfortable as always, but this time with a novelty: he carried a GSM Radio with which he chatted with his friends on the surface.
The young woman was wearing a semi-closed diving equipment, for recycling and recirculating air, known as a rebreather. According to her, it gave her even more autonomy compared to traditional open circuit equipment, where bubbles are released into the environment and which has the disadvantage of being noisy for nearby animals.
Jose was amazed by the mask she was using, and he performed somersaults, various twists and turns, and his simple but strange habit of placing himself on his head and staying there motionless for a while, while relaxing in neutral buoyancy.

Sensaciones increíbles, estando cómodo como siempre, pero esta vez con una novedad: llevaba una Radio GSM con la que charlaba con sus amigos en la superficie. La joven llevaba un equipo de buceo semicerrado, para reciclar y recircular el aire, conocido como rebreather. Según ella, le daba aún más autonomía en comparación con los equipos tradicionales de circuito abierto, donde se liberan burbujas al ambiente y que tiene el inconveniente de ser ruidoso para los animales cercanos.
José quedó maravillado con la máscara que usaba, y realizó volteretas, giros y vueltas diversas, y su simple pero extraña costumbre de colocarse de cabeza y quedarse allí inmóvil un rato, mientras se relajaba en flotabilidad neutra.
