It takes place in one of the later chapters in "Silver and Gold" - a story you can find on fanfiction.net under the name Bookwriter94.
I gave Ratigan one of the Lorcana card outfits that he wears. I just couldn't resist. Also I imagined that in mid-song, he would use the powers of the watch to have Anna change into a more tango-esque dress. xD A rat on a powertrip, why wouldn't he give her a show stopping wardrobe change. Haha!
