Not 1 not 2 but today you get 3 characters for the price of one because today we're talking about Cerberus' daughter Cerbie. Made once again by the absolutely stellar and wonderful Sinematyc on Instagram linked here https://www.instagram.com/sinematyc/?hl=en
Yes really I decided to make 3 different personalities for her. Will she be difficult to write? Absolutely. Am I going to do it anyway? Also yes. She has snake features because fun fact. In mythology Cerberus was inconsistently portrayed as either a snake or a dog. But regardless I think the best introduction is going to be a full story as always. Hope you all enjoy<3

Hades was feeling a mix of emotions when he found out his prized hellhound was pregnant. On the one hand. He loved his children. Unlike the other Greek gods. But on the other. Day after day in the land of the greeks dead it became more and more busy. And even then this was no place to raise a child. But he also was unwilling to let her be adopted by those monsters in Olympus. She'd be better off dead than a servant to one of those barbarians. And so. Hades had a choice to make. One that filled Him with no pleasure. As there were no good options. But. He found Cerberus as a stray. Perhaps her offspring could adapt.
Cerberus made sure to teach her child the bare minimum before she was exiled. But there was only so much she could do in the short time they had together. And so. Cerbie grew up as a street rat. Stealing food and begging for scraps to survive with her human disguise after being abandoned by her real family. Though to the humans. She looked like a very very severe case of dissociative identity disorder.
Calliope never truly minded that fact. She was always a bundle of joy regardless of the situation. And while it wasn't exactly the best conditions. She always did her best to keep spirits high among the three. She often ended up charming more kindhearted humans into giving them food with her sweetness.
Kassandra meanwhile always held a grudge against Hades. For never even bothering to put in any effort to give them an actual childhood. Instead throwing them away like garbage. She wasn't one to take shit. And she made sure that any thieves knew damn well not to mess with them.
Penelope didn't necessarily hold anything against their parents. But she did want to prove that they were wrong to cast them out. Believing they were cast out for not being good enough. Anytime they had free time she would usually vote to spend it in the library. Which helped her learn a lot about humanity and their cultures. She also learned how to pickpocket passerby and how to identify the most well off people to guarantee a good score.
They all had their own way of dealing with things for awhile. But they thankfully all got along wonderfully. Even if calliope would sometimes take them on chases around the neighborhood to catch a bird or a car. But a situation like that couldn't last forever.
Mistress Miyuki found herself in town one day. Buying some things for herself and the girls. And with over a thousand years of experience. She wasn't exactly fooled when she felt a hand in her pocket. Likewise she wasn't one to be fooled by illusions. Rather easily seeing through the three headed disguise. Kassandra might have attacked her to get away if she hadn't made them all an offer. A job of sorts. That came with free housing and food. And all they would have to do is deal with any "problems" that came up.
Nowadays they live rather peacefully in the manor. Calliope enjoying idle chatter, belly rubs, and kisses more than the world itself. Kassandra took up guitar and became the 4th member of the manors punk rock band. Enjoying the time with her band mates even if she is rough around the edges. And Penelope always has at least one book checked out from the library. Reading to her hearts content. They're all inseparable. Both literally and figuratively. And they'll be happily working as the households guard dog for many many years to come.
