This idea randomly came to me as an idea for another Pirate Antagonist/rival to my Pirate Empress Kaida the Salazzle. He is an Alolan Raticate Pirate Captain wearing a fake beard that's actually his crew of Alolan Ratattas interlocked together and holding on to ropes and chains, and all of them are also armed with their own individual guns. He calls himself Captain Ratbeard!

I based the design of his outfit off of One Piece's Blackbeard, one of the main rivals of Luffy. They both have the same Dream to find The One Piece and become the King of the Pirates, but while Luffy goes about it by making friend, freeing people, and enjoying the adventure along the way, Blackbeard collects people based on how useful they are, leaves behind a trail of Anarchy, and every move and decision is to get him closer to his goal nothing else along the way matters.
