And yes!! There is some kind of magic with cardboards. Recently at a convention we got to do an art jam with cardboards and markers, they turned surprisingly cute.
But also, for this specific one (the raccoon painting) I wanted to study a little bit more how the cardboard was going to maintain the acrylics for longer over it.
