After the hard work, the sweat and the tears, its finally done. Brought to fruition by Tanathe. She labored and worked tirelessly and in the end created this mater piece. I cant say with words how in awe of her unyielding talent and skill I am, but I think this image will suit as an appropriate means of conveying just what it is she can do.

I merely gave her the notion of what I was looking for and she went for it, full tilt. She did an unimaginable amount of homework, reading up on her Norse lore and mythos and even read The Ballad of Grimnir. And it shows, in each and every facet of this interpenetration of Yggdrasil.

This will eventually become my back piece, and I couldn't be more proud to bare something so beautiful and rich in history and vital meaning.

A wonderful rendition by Tanathe, a lot of the concepts and artwork has been inspired by such artists as  kratos- and many others for their seminal work! There is a huge amount of history and inspiration in this tattoo design, and that so much care and love went into crafting it, I can only say that the finished piece will be a monument to that care and work.
