After big... jewels and thoughtful moments, today comes something vibrant. Since I started work at 6:00 a.m. today, I was able to take a longer break at lunchtime. Enough time for a little drawing in between.

Recently I had managed to get along quite well with shading white areas. That's why I wanted to overdo it with piles of snow, snowmen and women and snowdrifts - the idea was a small winter scene that would only consist of snow and cheetahs and therefore only have shades of blue and brown. Well, the shading did not achieve the elegance of the last pieces and as the coloring went on, it became way more colorful than intended. But I'm just fine with it though.

PS: Somehow, film references sneak into the drawings, although today's one does not sneak at all. It comes across like an elephant due to its obviousness.
PPS: Since the lunch break was not unlimited, this is somehow a speed painting.
