Summary:

During Nuria's time in exile, she met a Shadow Dragon named Raiku. Wounded and unable to get home through other means, Raiku brought her to the Shadow Realm with the intent of returning her home so she could heal. During her interactions with Raiku, his species, and particularly Raiku's mother, much was learned about Nuria's intended design and the history between their two species.
While originally intended and equipped to destroy Shadow Dragons, the hospitality Nuria was shown by her species' rival truly impressed the dragoness. Nuria had a lovely time, and ultimately decided to reject her original design purpose as a biological weapon of war. Instead, she grew to appreciate the Vokan and began actively seeking a way for their species to peacefully coexist.

Side note for raikukawisa I enjoyed this bit very much. ^-^ The Vokan are a lovely species. Thank you for sharing them with me, allowing me to involve them so heavily in Nuria's lore, and being overall awesome about everything in our very lengthy role-play sessions. Also, thanks for being awesome.
