Details:

Species: reptiles, dragons, dinosaurs. Their anatomy doesn't matter, I can adjust them to fit the template, if your character has shorter neck or different head shape that's ok.
I can add detailed background if you like, will be sketched to fit a character. If not, it would be flat color background or gradient.
Payment through Paypal, upfront or split in half.
