Wow!! The Ducky really loves your awesome sketch and the interviews ya had with Tad Stones!! One thing about Darkwing Ducky, is that he really never lost his fanbase, and people of all ages still love Darkwing! For me and a lot of me fellow fans and friends of Darkwing, we all seem to identify with his issues of being alone, his obsessive/compulsive behaviour, not to mention his issues with his depression. Another thing we all love about Darkwing is that, he's not a true, run-of-the-mill type super hero that is all powerful, always wins, and always saves the day, all by himself. Not so with Darkwing, he is really just an ordinary duck, who wants to clean up his city, and he relies on his wits, experience, and his feet really to fight. And he doesn't always win, he constantly tries to do things on his own to capture all the glory, but then he realizes, after getting depressed, that he truly does need others to help him. I still watch Darkwing Ducky every night!! Not to mention, trying to collect as many Darkwing animation cels as possible! ROFL Of course, we are all waiting for Disney to get off their feathered butts and produce Darkwing Duck Volume 3 DVDs!! How did you feel about the recent DWD comic series? Myself, I was pretty disappointed. Even though the characters were all 'on-model,' it felt kind of lifeless - it didn't feel like there was much energy in the artwork.

Aww, you're so very welcome. Nah, I absolutely loved the artwork, and I do know the artist so very well, and I thought the stories were great. We, Darkwing fans, were so very excited to see that, not only something new was coming out with Darkwing Duck, but the interest was still there, still alive!! And they proved Disney wrong, Darkwing is still marketable even after being off the air for like 10 years now. We are still hoping that Disney does something with Darkwing in their newly acquired comic book company, Marvel, and not to mention finally release Volume 3 of Darkwing Duck DVD, but we fans ain't holding our breath.
