Hey, sorry for not making anything in a while, got a bunch of school and work stuff going on.
Anyway, this is Abdülmecid I Han bin Mahmud, Sultan of The Ottoman Empire, Caliph and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. A mild-mannered monarch, Abdülmecid would announce the Tanzimât Fermânı (or The Imperial Edict of Reorganization) on his ascension to the throne, modernizing and reforming the empire. Perhaps his greatest achievement was the victory with France and Britain over The Russian Empire during the Crimean War

I really liked the plume on his fez in the original picture, so I decided to try and recreate that with the feather and brooch, not sure how I feel about it, but I still like how the picture overall turned out
