Elijah Hartwood - The Boy, and The Two Wolves Inside Him
Phew...! Finally! It's about darn time I introduce another character into the mix for my FA stuff over here. Now, don't get me wrong, I do love, love, love Magnifi (and, of course, Yachiro, for my YCH stuff), but... sometimes I wanna draw and involve some other characters (of mine) in my drawings from time to time, ya know? xD
And yes, I'm well aware this isn't the tidiest, clearest nor the most fleshed-out character sketch I could've made and uploaded here to my FA gallery — but it should be good enough for you to get a good gist of this character (or characters, I should say, but more on that later). Plus, this is the design that I've pretty much settled on already after a good deal of thinking and somewhat iterating on this character, so this sketch should be plenty accurate enough for a good while into the future.
Well... maybe except for the hair. I was going for a sorta... "wind blowing the character's hair and clothes" effect in the drawing, so... yeah. Maybe not very helpful for this to be your first impression/image of Elijah, now that I think about it. xD
Speaking of which — and with all the stalling finally aside — meet Elijah Hartwood. He's a priest, 22 years old, who isn't all that strong physically but has a good grasp and an even greater potential in light/holy magic. His main thing/power, aside from the aforementioned light magic, is his two spirit wolves: Mikarros and Eskarros. The Midday Lycanroc (depicted in the drawing in blue) and the Midnight Lycanroc (depicted in red) respectively. Both of them are the ever-present guardians and companions to Elijah, and while they're equally and unwaveringly loyal and protective of their human host, Mikarros and Eskarros differ in the most polar-opposite ways possible in terms of both values and temperament: Mikarros is strict but distrustful where Eskarros is lax but also overzealous. Eskarros promotes (and at times tempts) Elijah to live a more materialistic (if hedonistic) life for the sake of enjoyment and fulfilment, whereas Mikarros pushes Elijah to remain fully dedicated to his path and duties as a priest, so much so that the Midday Lycanroc spirit will relentlessly and mercilessly drive away (if not hunt down) anything that even remotely threatens to taint the purity and innocence of his beloved Elijah.
... Which is problem for Elijah as well, considering that within him also harbors a long, growing secret desire to try latex garments (and especially latex suits) for himself — something Mikarros *vehemently* disapproves of, fearing that Elijah fall down the wrong path one day and get himself involved with the wrong crowd if he should even begin to embrace his dark fantasies... It's an inner and outer conflict that drives a huge wedge between Elijah and Mikarros - an issue only further complicated once Magnifi rolled into Elijah's life, for now the young priest suffers an even greater dilemma now between embracing his suppressed lust or heeding the persistent but well-meaning warning of one of his guardian spirits.
But... I suppose... we'll just have to see how that tale unfolds... when the time comes for it to be told, hmm?
Anyways, that's pretty much Elijah in a nutshell. I don't wanna rag on for much longer than that, as I don't really want this to go on longer than it already is... so... yeah. I'll just leave it at that. Just know that, from now on, expect to see Elijah (and/or Mikarros and Eskarros) in my drawings — especially as one of the two main victims (again, aside from Yachiro) of some kinky stuff here and there. Most likely on the lighter end of the spectrum, though, as I have another character in mind as the victim/enjoyer for the juicier, heavier kinks... Especially where Magnifi is the dom. Also, will work on Elijah's character sheet/references hopefully soon enough, so that you can get a more accurate look of him later on.
But, for now, that's that. Hope you're intrigued with the concept and/or like what you see goong on here. Again, I'm excited to be bringing up a new character — and at least two more will pop up eventually (to join Magnifi and Elijah in their misadventures), don't you worry. ;D
(Oh, also... did I mention that Mikarros and Eskarros can also possess Elijah and thus take control pf the main body when they want, turning the human into an anthro Lycanroc as a result? Yeah, look forward to that too~ x3 )
Oh, also, just a disclaimer (that probably doesn't need to be said) just in case anyone wants to bring it up - yes, I know I made Elijah a priest so he's got a thing with religion and all that - but, at the end of the day, this is all just fictional and there're no ties to any real-world religions or religious things or messages, okay? Don't be an ass about it. This is just a character I'm making and using for fun, nothing else. >:/
