Biilio is one of the couriers of the city Raidack. She specializes in delivering to coastal towns for, well, obvious reasons. She does deliver Snien's stuff included.

However, more importantly, she's one of the few people who does know some of Xen Shin's true potential, as she is also pretty aged. She's not his worshipper though. More like a... friend/fan of sort. She is the reason how Xen Shin resides close to Raidack nowadays, as she told how calm the city was usually.

She is brave, confident, and doesn't say no to anything if she believes she can do it. But said courage comes with some foolery. Hence the scars on her. However if some big obstacle does come up, she becomes meek. Almost like she's putting on a show to be brave.
