My friend Chris drew this for me for babysitting :D
This is Vorel's staff. Its name is Gorgatech, the Potentate of Unbound Arcanum.
It's a level 4 artifact (artifacts in Laodisia are scaled from 1-4) which allows her the following boons:
-500 aura reserve
-Spell damage multiplied by 4
-Doubles the range of noncombat spells like Mass Animation, etc
-Allows for the casting of one free spell per degree per day (from any school)
-Allows for the casting of one free Necromancy spell per day, of any level
