Bio:
-was taken after the clean sweepstakes race incident after restoration HQ was destroyed
-was given enhanced agility and speed
-able to create clones using his custom asteroid Wispon, these clones are capable of drawing agro away from Aqua and can attack enemies in range independently
-the Wispon can also be used to swing in mid air allowing for better traversal
-Aqua is able to launch the clones at enemies as homing projectiles that need to lock onto a target first
-enjoys spending time with ragtag siblings for some poofy diaper fun

Story:
One day as Surge was speeding around Crown reef when she noticed some trouble up ahead, some bandits had setup a blockade to extort anyone passing by. Surge immediately got to work taking down the ne’er-do-wells and giving back the money they extorted back to the people. Although, surge quickly found that there were a lot more bandits than she thought, and unusually large amount, and soon she was getting tired out by their large numbers. Suddenly projectiles came out of nowhere, homing in on many of the bandits and taking them out, giving surge the edge she needed to come out victorious. After she sent the last of the bandits running away, she wondered where those projectiles came from, luckily for her she wouldn’t have to look far for her answer. She saw a hedgehog coming towards her, wielding a weapon similar to that of Arsène’s. With caution Surge approached them, seeing they were clearly a bow but wore a cute light blue dress, and after seeing the hedgehog’s ragtag mark on their leg, Surge concluded that this guy must be another lost ragtag. The hedgehog introduced himself as Aqua, explaining he been looking for the other ragtags ever since the lab escape, feeling relieved that he found surge. Afterwards both of them had a good chat while clearing the blockade, discussing what they been up to especially with surge explaining the current situation with the ragtags in Crownreed, making Aqua excited to meet them as he found Arsène and Whisper to be very familiar to him, like he met them before they were taken from their worlds. Once they were done with the clean up, both of them headed home with surge teasing Aqua about his plump diaper which made him blush.
