Summary:

As a heavily space-faring species, Arcadians are very well versed in the presence of things like Spaceports and Orbital Elevators. While the vast majority of cargo and personnel are handled by the tethers, with the ships docking in space, some spacecraft are occasionally launched and landed through more conventional means.
