When Marty got assigned to train the new micro recruits, he rolled his eyes. He still thinks it’s ridiculous that the army would have soldiers shrink down to execute infiltrate missions.
The one plus side he saw to the whole thing was that once they were shrunk, they become basically indestructible. So he can do whatever he wants to “train” them. For today, they’re going to do climbing drills up the treads of his boots, then they have to get to his pocket. If they don’t make it in by the time he stands up, they’ll be crushed under his boot, and most likely stuffed inside. They’ll also obviously have to clean them inside and out at the end of the day.
What he didn’t say is that the ones that make it to his pocket aren’t exactly in the clear either. Those who do will be trapped inside for their entire lunch break. Pressed between his giant ass and the cold metal of the mess hall seats. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, today’s taco Tuesday… it’s gonna be another loooong day for these little guys, but Marty’s gonna have a ball.

Those treads were SUCH a bitch. But I’m really happy with how they came out. The Reff I used had much more shallow ones, but I think I figured them out pretty nice! I also kinda added the micros in after getting the boot done, mainly because I didn’t want their placement to mess with getting the treads as perfect as possible.
