I have done a Clown Pirate before inspired by Buggy the Clown from One Piece, but he was not meant to be a pokemon version of Buggy, so while looking for more pokemon I could make into Pirate characters, and I came across Vigoroth who has a straight up clown nose! It also kinda has the manic vibes of Buggy the Clown.
