I'll try some actual critique here. (I'm going to sound harsh, but remember that the art is fine)
1. why do you never show smoke coming from the cigarette, it's lit right?
2. It could be higher resolution but might show some of the color overlaps a bit more (unless it was on purpose, style-wise)
3. Some more color shading, contrast, or a tint filter, could help if you want it to look more detailed without redrawing it. (mostly the heart could use it)
4. If anything the detail that actually bothers me is the eyebrows, they have these grey boxes around them but also don't? It's very inconsistent.
5. if the program your using let's you output the image differently I'd try seeing other output for resolution is possible or not. (for a png it's very blurry)
all in all it's an okay pic but with some more work could be a very good emote.
can you let me know what your using for the program? I know there is a program that a friend used that does it as well and I think makes images look worse than what they are.
