It's my favorite villager from Animal Crossing! He was in my town on New Leaf.
Funny story (that I may or may not have shared in scraps), I had some bamboo that got out of control. Had to visit Leif repeatedly to get enough axes to actually clear everything. Of course, that means a lot of bamboo shoots, so... that's where our food-loving hero came in clutch!
