It's been so long since Tengu was here! He is one of my old characters who has been with me since the days of the stylized "anime" style. I just wanted to make a sketch fullbody for him, but a whole list came out (then I'll somehow arrange the composition normally and add a new ref).

In addition, I slightly changed its design, but literally in small things. Katana gear has also been changed, now I like it a lot more. Since Tengu fights with the help of spiritual power, his weapons also work through it. In the scabbard, the sword looks like a black hilt, but when Tengu pulls it out, the blade begins to materialize out of thin air (this is clearly visible on his reference). This happens almost instantly, within 1-2 seconds, so that he manages to repel any attack and immediately engage in battle.

Who is he fighting? The setting of the dog implies an ordinary human world with one difference: the presence of Acranums. Akranums are negative emotions that have acquired flesh in the form of various monsters (their shape and intelligence depend on rank, and that, in turn, on strength). All they want is to soothe the pain inside themselves by absorbing the souls of still living beings. Acranums are not visible to the human eye, simple animals with no spiritual powers do not notice them too.

Some animals (more often dogs) are endowed with abilities that allow them to summon weapons consisting of spiritual particles. With this help, they banish Akranum forever, putting his soul to rest. Strong spiritual energy is passed down from generation to generation, but due to constant struggle, the number of Siriuses (the name of animals with spiritual power) is decreasing every year. There are not many of them left now, but they continue their inconspicuous battle so that the world can remain in ignorance and sleep peacefully.

In addition to spiritual weapons, Siriuses are able to control one element, combining it with ordinary attacks in battle. Such forces are quite limited and quickly exhausting, so they are used only in extreme cases. The color of the controlled element depends on the color of the owner's soul. Tengu uses blue flame, as the color of his soul is bright blue.

Sirians are divided into groups depending on what power they possess (Latin, but changed in places, because that's what I want):
- Ignis is the one who controls the fire (Tengu is one of them);
- Aeros is the one who controls the air;
- Aqua is the one who controls the water;
- Gelus is the one who controls the ice;
- Fulgur is the one who controls the lightning;
- Sanguis is the one who controls the blood;
- Nox is the one who controls the darkness.

Sanguises and Noxes are the most rare and unstable. Most often, they are forbidden to use abilities, as they are fatal to both the wearer and others. They also do not reflect the color of the owner's soul, because their use depletes the body's resources without a recovery process. If the wearer uses such power, then his life is shortened by 3-4 times, depending on the frequency of use.

Sirius weapons also have a soul and are able to communicate with their owner (but I'll tell you about it later). Spiritual weapons can have different shapes: swords, katanas, daggers, knives, spears, glaives and axes are most common. Weapons can only be cold.
