gainful accident.¨"My God! It's huge!" was what the cobra exclaimed, unaware that the cat was inside the oversized cake, who sighed somewhat in relief after being stuck for a long time.
Tariro had thought it was a great idea to throw a classic birthday surprise, and preferring something more private between the two of them, he made sure to get a hollow cake so he could spring from inside, following an old popular cliché.
He didn't expect his partner to be long in coming, nor that when he tried to leave, tired of being in an uncomfortable position for hours, he would find the top already hardened with it’s creme.
Not wanting to destroy the cake from the inside, he decided to wait.
Once she arrived, he sighed and decided to force the cake open, not caring about destroying it, tired of doing nothing and almost falling asleep. "I don't see him... but I don't think he'd mind if I... just..." Angy's voice whispered as she approached.
He was about able to finally spring when everything shook, then heard the naga gulping hungrily, causing his surroundings to tighten up. He instinctively tried to get his girlfriend's attention, but eventually, his surroundings compacted against his face, filling his mouth with cake and frosting as he slid deeper into the naga's depths, while she didn't realize he was there the whole time.
He tried to move or make a noise, but everything happened so fast that he could barely think. 'This wasn't going to happen like this!' Under the pressure, anxiety, and lack of air, he lost consciousness after a few moments.
...or not.
Not much was lost, just another timeline where bad decisions were made, coupled with accidents.
At least he's in a better place, and she seems happy.
