Bio: Son of April O'Neil and Redblur, August dreams of the a famous reporter. However, there is only one little problem, his tail. Because of this city, they aren't too kind to mutants, and due to his tail, most people consider him to be one. It's kind of good luck that he didn't get his father's blue arms and quills, as a tail is easy to hide. Using his video game powers, August uses everything in his arsenal to get the scoop on any breaking news report.

Breaking News Blimp: Trained by his mother, August hangs onto the side of a mini TMNT-branded blimp, lifting up in the air and able to glide around for a few seconds before the blimp vanishes. He can act out of it to cancel it, able to cancel into any of her normals, to fast fall to the ground.

On the Air!: Trained by his mother, August puts up a camera that beams out a staticky light, which deals ambient light damage and doesn't cause opponents to flinch, but they will take damage. The camera vanishes in a puff of smoke after a few seconds or if it's attacked.

Fireball: August can throw a fireball that bounces along the ground. However, once it loses speed, the fireball disappears.

Tail Swipe: August performs a 360-degree spin, where he lashes out with his tail to damage any enemies in front of him. He can also use his tail to hover in the air... for 8 seconds (Redblur needs two tails to fly, not one).

Mega Buster: August can change his arms into arm cannons that fire solar energy bullets. He can charge up the attack to perform a Charge Shot that causes more damage to enemies.

Comet-Strike: August throws his wretch like a boomerang, tripping his opponents. He can also use his weapon to turn bolt cranks and to pick up objects.

PopIt: August uses a special kind of menu to create anything from nothing. He can also use it to build and create large and complex machinery, and even robots that can think for themselves using the materials and items he gathers.

Splattershot: August shoots a stream of ink from his arm cannon. If he runs out of ink, he has to drink the same color of paint or wait a bit for the ink to refill.

Shoryuken: August jumps with a powerful uppercut, which is strongest at the start. The power and speed can be increased if he performs the move perfectly.

Telescopic Fist: August throws one of his hands forward for a surprising punch. His fist will come out from his arms, but he can control it and wind it up for a much more powerful punch.

Dig Slash: August swings from his melee weapon to dig the ground and pull up items. Not only that, but it can inflict damage and destroy certain types of blocks.

Kazama Style Turning Leg Strike: August goes for a straight left kick with his arms crossed and launches the opponent into the air. He then knocks his opponent away with a spinning kick as they fall.

Counter Blow: August can counterattack enemies who attacked him, sending a ranged punch attack at the attacker. The attack is in a line, and any enemies in front of or behind the attacker will also take the attack.
