Even otter mother's abdominal skin can get stretched to the limit, and there's no saying how the womb itself is beyond capacity.
In the same way human parents sometimes want the gender to be a surprise, some mothers in other Realms want to be surprised by the due date.
But in cases like these, that leads to wondering how much longer before she explodes; either the natural normal way, or otherwise. Is she overdue? Does she still have a ways to go? Who knows?
