I kind of had the same reaction when finding out about the plan of Apocalypse in the X-Men Evolution cartoon when he intended to turn every human on Earth into a mutant...is that such a bad thing? Then they added that it would kill several hundred million people at the same time. I admit I still kind of wanted him to go ahead!
Assuming everyone is foxified and not replaced or killed I'd give Pavel a hand with his 'evil' plan. ;)
