Context wise, this concept art depicts Arc getting a better view of the occupied village that he and his team are about to assault. Brack's team has the advantage of surprise, but are heavily outnumbered; so they decide to approach the situation methodically and cautiously. This will also be the first time they use the weapons and armor provided by Korbin, the effect of which will probably be the determining factor in how well Brack's team does in the upcoming battle.
