Two kinds of super smashers in one recipe post! Featured flavours here are Nashville hot and vampire slayer.
Ingredients:
2 8-balls of extra lean ground beef
1cup breadcrumbs divided
2 choice burger buns
Your favourite burger cheeses+condiments+toppings
For the vampire slayer:
1/4 cup BACON bits
1/2 finely diced onion
1tbsp garlic powder
1tbsp onion powder
8-10 diced garlic cheese curds
For the Nashville hot:
6-8 diced jalapeΓ±o slices
1/4 block diced spicy cheddar
1tbsp Nashville spice
1tbsp chili powder
1tbsp franks red hot
Recipe:
1-oil and heat your flatiron grill to searing hot (test with water if needed).
2-prep your first meatball with the garlic fillings, then set aside on a separate plate and prep your second meatball with the spicy fillings.
3-using parchment paper and a burger press, squash as flat as you can your meatballs onto your hot oiled grill and cook the first side then flip and top with your favourite cheese slices while the other side cooks, at the same time cook your bacon then add to your burgers.
4-plate onto your buns and top with your favourite toppings and condiments.
5-serve with your favourite side like fries or chips and enjoy!
