At midnight where everything is dark, and quiet with the stars shining, Misato Katsuragi goes inside of the dark lab to check out some important things to do, but she found Asuka's plugsuit hanging on the hangers. She looks around, taking the plugsuit with her and some tools, smirking about a fun idea to try out. Now in the morning with Rico in the kitchen, eating breakfast until he heard the doorbell ringing. He gets up from the table to get it, and see Misato looking down and smiling at him with the plugsuit in her arms.

Misato: good morning, Rico. It's been a while since I've seen you.

Rico: good morning, Misato. I'm happy to see you again after three weeks when you was a blueberry. What's that in your arm?

Misato: *smirks* this is a plugsuit. I got something special to show you once I put it on. Is there a nearby bathroom where I can change?

Rico: sure, come inside. The bathroom is upstairs in the hallway, on your left.

Misato goes inside of his mansion, walking upstairs to the bathroom on the left side, and getting ready to change while Rico goes to the living room, sitting on the couch to wait for her to change into the plugsuit. She comes back to him, wearing the plugsuit that's hugging her body like a second skin, twirling around to show her curves.

Misato: what do you think~?

Rico: I love it. The plugsuit looks good on you. Isn't that the orange haired girl's plugsuit?

Misato: let's say I've borrowed it. But it got something really cool that I've put in it. You're going to love it, Rico~.

Rico: what kind of stuff you've implanted in the plugsuit? I wanna see so bad.

She lift her right arm up, pressing a button on her wrist, hearing a hissing sound from her plugsuit. Rico eyes wide seeing her plugsuit expanding with air, stretching out more wider with her arms and legs swelling up, her tiny hands and feet wiggling a bit as she giggles, feeling the restrictions of her limbs in the inflated plugsuit. Misato stopped Inflating as she was fully inflated and large like a red balloon, waddling towards him with her taut plugsuit squishing him.

Misato: love your giant Misato balloon, Rico~?

Rico: yes I really do, Misato. You're so big and round. That plugsuit really expanded you really large hehe~.

Misato: I knew you'll love it. I can't really move much since it really inflated me, but I'm honestly turned from this. Wanna give your giant Misato balloon a big hug~?

Rico: of course I really want to! You look so huggable and cuddly~!

He gives Misato a big hug, looking up at her with a mischievous smile and she smirks at him back, feeling him squeezing her Inflated plugsuit that squeaks and creak. She start waddling around the living room to the hallway, laughing as she find this really fun, feeling Rico riding on her back patting her from behind, cuddling on her that made her smile more. After all of the waddling, he playfully bumps her to make her fall on her belly, bouncing around a bit, and rolling her on her back, climbing on top of her Inflated suit to look at her.

Misato: you're so naughty and mischievous. I'll totally get my hands on you once I deflate back after our fun~.

Rico: hehe, not until I cuddle and play with you more, Misato. You're a perfect big balloon now~.

Misato: *laughs* I'm glad you're enjoying yourself with your new giant Misato balloon. Bounce on my belly light a trampoline, dear. My plugsuit is really durable and won't pop~.

Rico: ok. We're totally going to have more fun with your new, puffy suit~.

He stands up on top of her, and bounce on her inflated plugsuit like a trampoline, laughing a lot while Misato sigh in relief, chuckling to see him having the time of his life. She was so happy that her new inflatable plugsuit was bringing him join, thinking that it was really worth it to build in small air compressor to upgrade it.
