Nicely put. I'm in NC and just as miserable. Humid 'AF' here ("as the kids say"... shaddup I turned 39 today and next year is gonna suck like a Dyson with two turbochargers and nitrous) and lemme tell you the only difference is that it makes you want to grow gills like Kevin Costner in that one post-apoc film that's actually really good but everyone hates on it for some stupid reason, before it turns you into a human raisin anyways.
Free beat-the-heat recipe: 2 parts Gatorade G-Free Glacier Freeze / 2 parts Sprite Zero Sugar / 1 part Canada Dry Zero Sugar or some other diet ginger ale / 1 really big squirt from a plastic juice lemon / pour it all in a pitcher, don't stir/shake or you will have mega fizz / chill in the fridge for an hour then drink. Yes you can use sugar I guess if you want to but don't sub out the Sprite for another lemon-lime, it will suck.
