rules:

1: i can veto and change ideas if i feel it's right for me

2: refunds won't be given if once the artwork/animation phase begins, mainly because i would hope the idea is talked out, and we both agree on it before the pay.

3: do not be upset if i don't like the idea, or simply can't do it, i don't like upsetting anyone, but if you get upset with me because i can't do an idea, or don't like the idea, i will just not do it.

4: animation/rendering takes time, if i take a while on an animation, please do not rush me, sometimes i need a break from animation, and your animation will be done

5: commissions will close if the limit is hit. this is because i don't want to overwork myself and burn out of blender
