Ohh, I'm so happy to find this pic here! I first saw it on Reddit, and now I can finally comment on it!
First off, both of the characters are incredibly cute! Design-wise, but also poses and expressions. The happy, supportive "excitement" of the left one, and the right one's nervous smile along with the lovely pose with the half-crossed legs and the plushie squeeze. All that feels really, well, emotionally realistic but also cute, makes one really wanna hug and support the right one. ❤️
The strawberry shorts are really cute, and the dark brown to light brown texture of the left one's fur is really beautiful, I love that!
Now, if I may, I want to tell you how inspiring your pic was to me:
I'm a boring cis-dude, I have little clue about Trans-issues, but I try to be a good support, the best I can.
It was this pic that inspired me, when I first saw it on Reddit, to look up instruction videos on how to do injections like this, like, on how to use syringes as well and give subcutaneous injections.
I have no acute need for that, and even if I had trans folks in my physically-close circle of friends that would use injections instead of pills, I highly doubt they'd ask me out of all people for help with it. BUT your depiction of this situation, the trust and care involved, made me want to be able to, just in case, so I am not completely clueless!
So...I don't think it'll ever happen. And maybe that's for the better for whoever the person asking me to help would be. But I'm really thankful about how this piece made me think about it and consider all the stuff involved more!
So, a lovely piece of art, really cute expressions, and more for me to consider and learn, and I really appreciate that! ❤️
