That is a fascinating restraining device...looks to be balanced on one central pillar, so thrashing could make it wobble slightly...a sort of false-feeling of peril.
Guessing that the brown parts are solid metal, unless they're some type of inflatable cuffs. Wonder how the pressure gets distributed, with it holding them off the ground like that...it looks like the knees bear some of it, and possibly the back as well?

Whatever the case, getting placed into it must be a slow and elaborate process...which might just leave someone flustered by itself, and it looks pretty impossible to wriggle back out again once it's all secured.

The piece locked around their pelvis...is that red bit on the front some sort of indicator light, or is it a button? 👀

Well done on the hands also—the red fingertips make them surprisingly pretty and dainty-looking, like they'd tickle without ever irritating the skin, without making it sting...
The way those two are reaching up toward the belly is really good as well—it feels like they're teasing, taking their time with it, since there's no way to escape.
