My sister in law and I are both crafty people, we love to make custom gifts and both of us had the idea of making each other something handmade for our birthdays.
My sis surprised me with a wonderfull crow wings scarf and i made her this bag :D

She's enjoys going to fantasy events and conventions aswell, but recently has expressed interest in photography. and wanted to take her camera along to events to photograph the awesome costumes. I figured with most camera bags being quite ugly i figured i could make her something practical AND whimsical :D it has D rings on the side so it can be used as a crossbody bag OR little belt loops at the back so it can be carried around the hips.

It was my first time making a bag like this, it was such a big learning curve to work with the foam inserts and measurements. but im hecking excited by the result!
I choose this pattern cause her clothing style is very vintage. so i wanted something she could either use with a costume or her own clothing :D
