Decided to get a character reference sheet done for My character in the Star Trek: Adventures campaign run by kjatar.
This is Dr. Seto Prell a Glinn of the Cardassian Union seconded to Starfleet as a provisional Lt. Commander to serve aboard the USS Alloy as part of an officer exchange program. She displays the usual Cardassian traits of over-exaggerating her emotional responses and visual tics in order to throw people off as to what she's actually thinking. A fantastic medical professional under pressure but her bedside manner can make it difficult to tell if she's quietly conducting some experiment while speaking clinically about her patients' diagnosis. It probably doesn't help that she actively fosters rumors about her status as alternatively a Cardassian spy, exile, or defector.
