Redesign of Ringtail after 4 attempts to get his species color variant correct.

( https://www.inaturalist.org/photos/125103782 ) | Used for bit upclose face. But didn't go full black as most commonly won't have this dark fur over the face if their body or head fur isn't either. As first image it looks more lightly touch white-black speckled. So the 'Mask' is more just rounded black around the eyes rather then across the whole face.

It was interesting to find the right image and coloration being that they don't exactly have a 'fixed' kinda subspecies coloration even for the Nigripes species compared to common crab-eater raccoons. So i went with a kinda more open yellow-cream color with bit of brown top and lightly barely speckled back-sides. Seems to fit. The most notice thing is Nigripes are also mentioned as 'Blacked Legged' Raccoons due to the arms/legs are almost blackened and stand larger up on the arms/legs then common ones. (Even though some common ones still look similar. It's hard to notice at times.)

Anyways this would be more of an accurate version of Ringtail in the story 'Rift in a World Under A World'

Log(How'd you get this idea of your Character?): Made from creating the story 'A World under A World.' And thought of making a raccoon character. Though i originally had a Raccoon who i used to make a harness for a feral skunk for a RP place i was gonna do. But never happened. So i just kept the design and coloration. Then got the idea to reuse them for a new part of my 'World Under A World' story concept. Thought since. I pondered on his design and species. So it's been a mix of adjusting his appearance correctly.




Info: Character information will be updated as more details of his past, etc come out during the story in 'Rift in a World Under A World' Story. So everything in ? will be detailed later on.
