While working as the U.S. ambassador to Canada, Leo the Tiger's embassy apartment get a magical attachment, allowing for access to a secret band room where he can play his actual instruments for practice, instead of just having to settle for a practice pad. He later introduces his friends Blue and Pink to the room. Later still, the twins meet the Council of Ringmasters (sans Landon the Labrador, as Circus Delights is in the middle of touring Europe).
