This is my new Alolan Raichu guy. His name is Raivolta.
Born in another timeline where Pokémon gained the concept of human speech and activities. Working and living together through freedom and autonomy.

He is a an Electric/Psychic type. He is a lover of games an technology. But don't let his size fool you, he is also an excellent surfer on his own tail, both at sea and on land by using his psychic abilities to do so.

The main reason why he is so hefty and large is because of his electric nature. He is able to absorb ionic and ambient electric current which in turn feeds him, beyond his better control. It maximizes his health and power but makes him gain weight really fast.
