Summary:

The last month has seen a lot of fun for Nuria, and it's probably the most artistic I've been in my life. ^-^
Many of the changes here are lore-related and darknessprotection has her influence / fingerprints all over them. Feel free to compare Nuria against her 2024 Reference Sheet if you like.

- Nuria got longer! The most obvious adjustment and very much influenced by darknessprotection. Several of Ashe's depictions of Nuria portrayed the dragoness with more length to her abdomen and I liked the aesthetic. A lot. There are lore reasons supporting this as well, but most of the change was because of darknessprotection.

- Tail Edits! Yup. Her tail got longer too! Took on a more smooth, tapered appearance. Her blades got much bigger as well.

- Black Tongue! "AAH! Nuria has a symbiote! It's Venom!!" ...no, no, it's just Nuria. She uses a synthetic replacement for Hemoglobin / Hemocyanin and it's black in color. Though it does take on a very slight purple sheen in sunlight (look at her inner cheeks). The rest of her internal musculature is black, so this was done to align her mouth with the rest of her biology.

- Longer tongue! Originally started out as a funny haha while I was playing with the coloring inside her mouth, but it kinda "Grew on me". ha... ha...

- Slightly More Ear! darknesssprotection did it again. Hehe. Nuria's ears got a little bit bigger. ^-^

- Scutes / Belly Plates These got a little tweak near her back legs.

- "Where are all those icons that were near your signature?" I erased them! They're Gone! Haha!

- Color Swatches Take a look at where her wing goes over the color swatches. Mmmhmm. Very nice, yes.

- Skin Color Box 5 got a little tweak. As stated, inner musculature is black. Skin's a white/grey, and scales are blue.

- Wings Nuria's wings extend a little further behind her hips. The first "finger" to her wing got a little longer as well.

- Height Bar & Text When I made Nuria longer, I had to adjust this to lay over the top of Nuria's hair. Also switched the text to match the rest of the sheet.

- Lineart Adjusts A few miscellaneous tweaks to the lineart, cleaning things up a little bit. A little more clarity on the curve to her neck & belly plates.

- Hair! (Silent update, December 16, 2025): Nailed down Nuria’s hairline. It runs along the full length of her neck and ends just ahead of her shoulders. Nuria does like her hair long, but it doesn’t have to be portrayed this way.

- And a whooooooole lot of effort, trial and error put in to try and make all these edits as clean and seamless as possible.
