What if, in an alternate universe, it hadn't been the favored student of Princess Celestia and Element of Magic, Twilight Sparkle, whom Lady Malodora so delightedly corrupted and twisted into a skunkpony? What if instead, it was one whose kindness she saw a chance to twist into a form that would bend the Everfree, its inhabitants, and any unfortunate nose which caught a whiff of her noxious odor under tail?

Wow! She looks stunning, and I bet she just loves to have ponies snuffle her stinky tail.
Also very interesting choice for a cutie mark. A love heart with an infinity symbol in it made out of green scent lines. I’m no expert on symbols or what they mean but does this mean anything? Why this specific cutie mark?

Well, I may not be the artist or Anduriel, so I'm just guessing here, but I want to say that it's meant to be evocative of the "Triquetra," or "Celtic Knot" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triquetra
Late reply is late, but there's a few I'd like to do. I sorta brainstormed Reeking Willow (Flutters) along with skunkified variants of Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie along with Caudle . So, I do have ideas. I just need to write them down fully. The only one that has no ideas is Applejack because she's a little too close to another skunkmare who has already been drawn. Which is unfortunate.
