In my story world, interspecies pairings are discouraged and even taboo in some places. That’s primarily because a couple such as this cannot bear offspring, antithetical to religious doctrines which say “go forth and multiply.”
In spite of that, Alex and Sheri have chosen to build a life together. Drawn beautifully by
Vick-Carel, this donkey and German Shepherd couple is one of my personal favorites in all of Long Division.
