Aha! Sorry for the long wait but finally got momentum! It was mah good frien 
fantomartz's birthday recently so I fast-passed their placement in the queue higher so I can draw this as a birthday gift for em ^^
Actually really happy with how this one cam out, think I also improved on my rendering UvU

"A confident and capable witch who holds dominion over the dimensional lavish resort known as The Pub: a multilayered subliminal building owned by Phantom. Do whatever you please; eat, sleep, sin, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, submit.
Phantom's wish is to gain permission to place a connection door to The Pub in the Cursed Apple, acceptance granted by the patron when summoned. It's speculated she's willing to spark friendly competition with The Baroness."
1: Hexing Mark ~ Fire a hexing bullet that slows the target’s fire rate and temporarily weaken the target's spirit power.
2: Flash Step ~ Become untargetable as you Instantly dash through a short distance, cleaving and applying a great amount of paranoia.
3: Paranoia ~ As you attack a hero, you build up stacks that activates Phantom's paranoia. When a hero is paranoid, fake copies of Phantom will show up on the map, rounding corners or false bullets could fire at the afflicted from behind with fake sound effects of their abilities, making the hero doubt where the real Phantom is lurking.
4: Reality Cleave ~ Summon the power of Phantom's own patron and unleash a storm of blades that quickly barrel through the map for immense spirit damage, applying paranoia to all who are hit.
