But when a friend drags him to The First Rainbow Social of Fall 2006 on his community college campus, he has to come to terms with aspects about himself and his past for which he doesn't think he deserves to be forgiven.

Hello!!! It's been a while since my last upload! I've been dabbling in some writing projects here and there, but this is my first completed short story in over a year. I've been inspired since June to write a story about pride, and why we celebrate together. I hope that reading this story speaks to you as much as it spoke to me while writing it. I am super proud of how it turned out, and I'm excited to share it here!
