my point still stands, she works with metal enough that making custom jewellery and "tattoos" for a baxxid would be withing what she is capable of, plus what better place to display your beautiful work then on top of one of the living fortresses that have the strength to reduce a thief to a stain if they hit moderately hard, thieves will often go for low risk targets, Stealing something from in front of a Baxxid is one thing, stealing something literally attached to one is another, plus with the extra security she could work with the higher value metals again
One could say "actually, she's a metals artist, not a jeweler." Differences in language never undermine the logic of a cohesive point. And you wanna be real sure of yourself before you start mincing other people's art words on a website full of artists from around the world.

If humans and other scentient species live together in a society, how likely are interspecies bonds to form and how intimate might those relationships get?
Also how alien can a species be (physically and mentally) for any feelings/bonds to be developed at all?

Getting to see every character's bedroom and how they wake up in the morning. I want to see Yannit in Isher's bed (for the scent memories). But also obviously now we must see a baxxid stretching in a baxxid bed, this is important things.
Also I'm assuming that bit of red in the window is a neighboring window in the style we saw on pages #41 and #329, with Ivenmoth red curtains. The fact Nell has hung up a matching spinny windchime is such a nice touch. *Setting up the color symmetry for when Kalgkur is there in uniform to make similar movements.*

I imagine Baxxid sleep curled up into a tight coil.
The tapestry is going to be very expensive, even for such a plain pattern, in a pre-industrial setting. And the box implies possessions worth locking up. This is the room of someone with a bit of wealth to their name, as you would expect of a skilled crafter. Not rich, but rich enough for a long-term rental of a slightly more up-market room than the common hovel.

It’s the same reason lots of girls wish they had a horse. It’s an inhumanly big, strong, dangerous creature with a cautious and gentle nature. Except, in her case, this one is sapient and clearly has the hots for her and will express his admiration oh-so-eloquently.

Hello, all y'all, OOPs followers! I'm here to remind you once again that there's a place called "Top Web Comics" https://www.topwebcomics.com/?home=3 that compiles comics from various places. There's a bunch of cool stuff there. They have monthly votes, so you can support OOPs there. You can vote once a day per device, so your PC, laptop, tablet, phone, etc.
I've noticed that you can sometimes even get in extra votes from different IP addresses, or if you're disconnected from your IP and open up again later.
It closed out last month at 904 votes and 33rd place. It's currently at 625 votes and 38th place. The highest it's reached is 24th place, and the top vote getters seem to end up with something over 20,000+ votes, at least recently.

good point like, how else is Nell going to find out? Nell isn't aware that Kalgkur got reassigned to Kass' guard detail yet, and Kass isn't aware of their relationship either. I can imagine them both worrying over Kal and then being like "wait, you're his boss?" "and you're his girlfriend?!?"
Alternatively, this could be a great opportunity for Zhretta to reappear - the classic 'test of love' where Zhretta has to help her rival be there for Kal. *is still hoping for the next page to be a baxxid waking up*
