Riff-Raff - He is a member of the Catillac Cats and is known for being the leader of the gang. He is also in a relationship with Cleo. Riff-Raff is gentle, and honest. He has lived in the streets of Westfinster for a majority of his life and has always desired of making it big. This desire if what became known into the Catillac Cats, a group consisting of his best friends. Although he has a short temper and a quick fighting attitude, can be lazy at times, he still acts as a fair gentleman to his love interest/girlfriend, Cleo, although he has cheated on her a few times, like in the episodes Kitten Around and The Big Break In. He also cares about his friends and goes out of his way to help them. In the episode Circus Beserkus, he let them stay for the night in his airplane home, then took them to a circus to cheer them up when their Cadillac went missing. When they found out the Cadillac was in the circus act, he helped them get it back. He also never leaves a cat behind. He, along with his friends, live in the Junkyard. While Hector, Wordsworth and Mungo live in the Cadillac, Riff-Raff lives alone in an old, modified airplane with a TV, pinball machine and hammock.

Cleo - She is the only female member of the Catillac Cats and she is also Heathcliff's girlfriend. Cleo has a calm, collected, and steady attitude. This is occasionally shown when the Catillac Cats come to her rescue, especially in the episode titled Kitty Kat Kennels. She also tends to show a brave and independent side, regardless of whether or not Riff-Raff or the others help her out. Cleo rarely gets jealous with the only time being in Kitten Around when Riff-Raff was in a relationship with a female cat named Roxie. Cleo has a helpful personality and is often seen when her friends are in danger, often coming to their rescue. She is very caring, and loyal, too.

Leroy - Leroy’s main job is to guard the Junkyard while keeping on eye out for the Catillac Cats. He usually attempts to reinforce his authority by setting boundaries and discouraging anything that may cause a disturbance. Despite his efforts in ruining their plans, he doesn't succeed in doing this most of the time. The soft side of his personality appears on occasion depending on the situation. Although Leroy lacks the skill in stopping the gang from their mishaps, this doesn't stop him from trying over and over again.
