A sketch page for ! Ft. and at the beach.

I ended up starting and finishing this while Zelus was hanging out near the end of his stay here. I wanted to (and hopefully succeeded) in making it a lovely little memento of his visit.

And no, I did not twig it looked like the sleeping Zelus was dreaming of the beach and Hobbiton, I tried to lean into it as much as I could once I realized but I was already part way through the colouring at that point.

First time using Bristol paper for one of these, I'm pretty dang happy about how the colour lays down, so I will probably keep using it when I need a brighter white canvas. It did absolutely murder my purple marker though (luckily I had another that was a close enough colour match).

Copic and Crayola alcohol markers, 300gsm Bristol, Platinum Carbon Black ink and Posca acrylic ink for the whites.
