He doesn't mind, he's a toon so he's able to handle a fatso like Ranpan driving him, though all that food is gonna make him hella gassy, and he's always paranoid about the slim possibility of being turned back to normal, though he doesn't know that his subconscious desire to remain a squad car keeps Ranpan's farts from affecting him.
