Ceres the Scrafty - Swimwear Ref - Strait-hoodie bikini top
Ceres the Scrafty, when it comes to her said thong swimwear of choice, knew the old top wasn't well built, so she gave it to Gizella the Gardevoir to be re-purposed to build new monokini swimwear, as fabric parts to improve on it's overall build.
In place of the former top, Ceres (concerned about possible anger management issues) had a custom bikini top to go with her said v-string thong bikini bottom...being a strait-hoodie! (Straitjacket hoodie.) Custom made out of swimsuit material. Why? The following reasons.
= Ceres would use it willingly to punish herself or doing "bad things".
= It's built as a humane straitjacket, as well as a creative fashion statement.
= Ceres, when not using it to punish herself, wears it to show her being eager to cuddle with a lucky guy that she's in love with.
